After a period of monitoring, at around 11:15 a.m. on February 9, the working group of the Drug Crime Investigation Police Department (PC47) of Ha Tinh Provincial Police coordinated with Nghi Xuan District Police to catch Nguyen Thi Xuan red-handed in the act of storing and trading opium.
At the scene, authorities seized 11kg of fresh opium and some related evidence.
