Real Madrid have chosen a replacement for coach Zinedine Zidane
The Bernabeu team has chosen a worthy name for its next head coach position.
According to Mundo Deportivo, Real Madrid are targeting German national team coach Joachim Low to replace coach Zinedine Zidane during the team's difficult period.
Despite leading Real to three Champions League titles, one La Liga title, one Copa del Rey and two FIFA Club World Cups, Zidane is still about to be fired by President Florentino Perez after a series of poor results for Los Blancos this season.
Real are 19 points behind Barcelona in La Liga and only finished second in the Champions League group stage, so they have to face strong opponents PSG in the round of 16 this season.

After many years in charge of the German national team, it's time for Joachim Low to try his hand at a club environment. |
If he loses in two matches against the rich French team, coach Zidane will likely be fired.
Joachim Low is the number one candidate to replace him. It is known that his achievements with the German national team winning the 2014 World Cup, along with his management skills, personality and professional attitude, helped Low catch the eye of President Perez.
Besides, other "hot" names such as Massimiliano Allegri, Mauricio Pochettino or Jurgen Klopp are backup options that Real is aiming for.
