Centipede crawled into 6 year old girl's ear
A live centipede was recently removed from the ear of a 6-year-old girl by doctors in Ho Chi Minh City.
The child was brought to a clinic in Go Vap District (Ho Chi Minh City) by his parents with ear pain, itching, and a "creaking" sound. The family said the condition occurred after the child slept on the floor.
Suspecting that the baby had an insect in his ear, doctors examined the ear canal and discovered a live centipede deep inside.

Using a flashlight and specialized tools, the doctors successfully removed the centipede, which was still alive, about 3 cm long and as big as a toothpick.Luckily, the baby's eardrum was not damaged by the centipede," the doctor said.
Through the above case, doctors advise parents to regularly use insect repellent spray and clean the house carefully. Children should not sleep in places where insects are easily attacked.
