Festo's Magical Flying Robot

At the US Science and Technology Festival in Washington DC, the German company Festo demonstrated some animal robots that were considered beyond imagination, unbelievable!

At his booth, Festo's chief pilot - Markus Schäffer - presented three flying robots that particularly impressed the public: eMotionButterfly, AirJelly and AirPenguin.

Festo uses these robots to explore innovative ways – that the natural world might have experienced – as inspiration for developments in technology.

In addition to these three robots, Festo engineers also developed robots such as a seagull that can fly, a kangaroo that can hop, ant robots...

Festo always announces new innovations every year, so while they haven't revealed what to expect for 2017, tech enthusiasts can continue to wait for their exciting and special creations.
