A boy was playing in a house on the 17th floor of an apartment building when he suddenly climbed over the railing and fell to the ground, dying on the spot.

The incident occurred at around 3:45 p.m. on May 27 at the New Skyline apartment building (Van Quan, Ha Dong, Hanoi).

At that time, many people living here heard a loud noise, ran out and discovered a baby boy lying motionless in the yard of the building.

Immediately, the people informed the police and the child's family. A few minutes later, the child's family and Van Quan ward police arrived at the scene to handle the incident.

According to the police report, the victim was Do Tuan Dung (5 years old) living in a room on the 17th floor of the apartment building.

It is known that the child's family has just moved into the building for nearly a month now, and at the time of the incident, only the child's mother was home.

Due to not paying attention, the child climbed onto the chair, leaned over the window railing and fell into the apartment building's yard.
