Ronaldo scored twice, Real won the fifth consecutive match
Returning to play after a match off, CR7 made a great contribution to helping Real defeat Alaves with a score of 4-0.
Goals: Ronaldo 44', 61', Bale 46', Benzema 89' penalty
Not having to play the make-up match against Leganes on February 21, Ronaldo started in good form in the match against Alaves. The star wearing the number 7 shirt had an early dangerous shot on target, turning around and taking a powerful shot in the penalty area in the 15th minute. Thanks to his early vigilance, goalkeeper Pacheco received the ball and saved the goal.
Like Ronaldo, Benzema and Bale played well but had to wait for time to materialize their chances. In the first half, the French striker slipped and sent the ball wide and hit the post once. The Welsh star also had nothing more to do when he volleyed the ball wide of the goal.
Real fans had to wait until the 44th minute to see the first goal. It was none other than Ronaldo who once again opened the door to victory for his team with a goal. Benzema was the one who made the backheel pass, while CR7 turned and kicked the ball into the far corner of the goal.

Playing at a disadvantage compared to Real, Alaves only had one chance in the first half. Defender Alexis was the one who missed a chance to equalize for the away team when his volley hit the hand of goalkeeper Keylor Navas.
With the advantage of leading, Real played more comfortably after the break. Right in the first attack of the second half, the home team scored to increase the score to 2-0. Benzema continued to have the talent in creating when making a pass down, and Bale only had to finish into the near corner to beat Pacheco.

With a two-goal lead in hand, Real played with even more excitement. In the 61st minute, four players including Benzema, Bale, Vazquez and Ronaldo had a good combination that overcame the entire Alaves defense. At the end of the situation, CR7 shot hard from 12 meters to increase the score to 3-0.
This is Ronaldo's 14th goal in La Liga 2017-2018. From only two goals in the early stages of the season, CR7 is improving his performance quickly to rise to fourth place in the race for the Golden Boot. The three players above him are Messi (20 goals), Luis Suarez (17) and Iago Aspas (16).
Unable to withstand Real's attack, Alaves played less tightly in the final minutes of the match. Seizing the opportunity, the home team scored again. After Bale was fouled in the box in the 89th minute, Benzema successfully kicked the penalty to seal the 4-0 victory.
