Ronaldo, Ronaldinho may come to Vietnam for a friendly match

VFF General Secretary Le Hoai Anh said that the new partner has just sent an open letter, wanting to work with VFF to bring a team of former Brazilian veterans with famous names such as Ronaldo, Ronaldinho, Rivaldo... to Vietnam.

In 2008, Ronaldinho and the Brazilian Olympic team played a friendly match with the Vietnamese team at My Dinh.

"The information about former Brazilian players coming to Vietnam for a friendly match is not accurate. All that is left is a letter sent by a business organization to the Vietnam Football Federation, suggesting a possible collaboration to bring former Brazilian players to our country in early 2016," VFF General Secretary Le Hoai Anh shared this afternoon, October 7.

Mr. Hoai Anh said that it would be great to bring former Brazilian players to Vietnam. However, to finalize this deal, the parties involved will need a lot of time to research, negotiate, and deal with economic issues.

"Whether this deal is successful or not still requires a lot of negotiation. Everything is not simple," VFF General Secretary Le Hoai Anh emphasized.

The Brazil All Star team includes many players who are admired by fans all over the world such as Rivaldo, Ronaldo, Cafu, Bebeto... It is expected that if the contract is approved, the team will have a friendly match with the Vietnam team on April 16, 2016.
