Accordingly, at around 11:00 a.m. on July 5, 2018, Mua Ba Chay, born in 2001, residing in Son Ha village, Ta Ca commune, Ky Son district, invited Mua Thang Loi, born in 2002 (living in the same village) to go to the house of Mua Lia Tu (Chay's older brother), residing in Na Ngoi commune, Ky Son to steal property.

After failing to break the lock, Chay discussed with Loi how to use a hoe to dig a hole under the door to get in. Once inside, the two subjects stole 10,800,000 VND.
On July 16, 2018, the Investigation Police Agency (Ky Son District Police) completed the prosecution file against Mua Ba Chay and Mua Thang Loi for the crime of "theft of property" under the provisions of Article 173 of the Penal Code.
The subject Mua Thang Loi is currently a suspect in a previous theft case.
