Motorbikes are a popular means of transportation, but most people make unnecessary mistakes that make safety dangerous.

Motorbikes are the most popular means of transport in Vietnam, most adults can ride a motorbike. In big cities, the number of these vehicles is increasing rapidly, on average one motorbike per person. However, most people ride motorbikes out of habit without knowing how to ride safely and maintain their motorbikes to keep them durable.

Using only the front brake can easily cause a fall.

This is the most common mistake of most people, especially those who are new to driving. This is also the main cause of unnecessary accidents. Because when the car encounters an unexpected situation ahead, many people will use all their strength to squeeze the front brake (right brake) because of their dominant hand. For cars with a relatively heavy front, if you only squeeze the front brake, the car will easily lose balance, causing the driver to fall.

Running immediately after starting destroys the engine

Many people think that running right after starting the engine is a completely harmless habit, however, this is a fatal mistake that can cause terrible damage to the engine. Because after a period of non-use, the engine needs time to warm up to the ideal operating temperature. If the driver runs right after starting the engine, the engine will not have time to reach this ideal operating temperature.

Starting the car in high gear wastes fuel.

Another mistake that many people often make is starting and driving the car when the gear is still at 3 or 4. Doing so will cause the car to consume more fuel, run sluggishly and have difficulty accelerating. Things will be worse if the car has to carry people or heavy objects.

Sudden braking can cause falls

When the vehicle is running at high speed, the engine needs to work harder to produce more power. If the driver suddenly decelerates, the vehicle's kinetic energy will be converted into heat energy on the brake pads and dissipated into the air, leading to fuel consumption.

Driving when the fuel level is at the E mark will quickly damage the engine.

According to motorcycle technicians, regularly operating a vehicle with an empty fuel tank can have a negative impact on engine performance, causing the inside of the fuel tank to rust due to exposure to air.
