First aid mistakes most people make
You are wrong if you tilt your head back when having a nosebleed or choking on a foreign object, then pat the back or throw water on the face of an unconscious person.
Nosebleed
Most people have a habit of tilting their head back to stop the bleeding. Experts say this action can cause blood to flow into the lungs. Keep your head upright and use ice to soothe the affected area.
Choking on foreign object
It is common for people to pat the back when they see someone choking. This makes it easier for the object to go down the airway and cause choking. Just bend down slightly and remind them to calm down, take a few slow breaths to clear the airway.

Burn
Applying creams or ointments to burns is not the right first aid. When the skin is burned, the excess heat penetrates deeper into the body's tissues, causing further tissue damage. The best way to soothe a burn is to soak the burned area in cold water for 15 minutes.
Unconscious person
Do not try to raise the head or throw cold water on the unconscious person, as this may make the condition worse. At this time, raise their legs, loosen any tight clothing, and do not let them stand up immediately after waking up.
At this time, the body is very sensitive to strong, sudden activities. Avoid giving them carbonated drinks or coffee when they first wake up because of the risk of rapid dehydration.
Dislocation
Trying to manipulate a dislocated joint yourself is likely to make the injury more difficult to treat. It is important to keep the area as it is and immobilize it with a bandage. Then take them to the nearest hospital.
