The Phu Dong Sports Festival is attended by excellent representatives who have passed the Phu Dong Sports Festival at the district, urban and cluster levels. However, in order for the festival to take place honestly, all athletes' records are strictly checked. According to regulations, in addition to the general records, athletes must present: a copy of their birth certificate, school records (original) in accordance with regulations, a health certificate of each student issued by a competent health agency from the district level or higher and confirming that they are healthy enough to participate in the content that the student will compete in. | This year's Sports Festival has the participation of 21 delegations of athletes from 21 districts and cities, with nearly 3,000 athletes competing in 10 events with 695 sets of medals. After the provincial Sports Festival, it is expected that there will be 251 athletes participating in the Regional Sports Festival 3 in Quang Nam province (for primary and secondary school students and the football qualifying round for 3 levels) and 235 athletes participating in the National Sports Festival in Nam Dinh province in 2021 (for high school students; 2 events: football, chess (for 3 levels) and martial arts (for secondary and high school students)... This year, due to the hot weather, the Organizing Committee will adjust the competition time so that the morning will end before 9am and the afternoon outdoor events will be held after 4pm.
