Regarding the case of manufacturing health protection foods, using fake test results to bring products to market, on April 28, the Ministry of Public Security's Investigation Police Agency issued a decision to prosecute the accused, an arrest warrant for temporary detention, and a search warrant for the residence of 4 accused, including: Pham Vu Khiem, Vuong Thi Hoa, Le Thi Hong Van and Bui Thi Thu Ha, all for the crime of "Violating accounting regulations causing serious consequences" as prescribed in Clause 3, Article 221, Penal Code.

Arresting a group of subjects producing fake functional foods

Authorities seized more than 4,000 boxes of fake, low-quality functional foods with more than 100 product codes, more than 60,000 products, thousands of fake packaging; the total value of the goods is estimated at more than 10 billion VND.
