1.Patient VTH, female, born in 1984. Occupation: Factory worker. Address: Dien Cat Commune, Dien Chau District. On July 29th, the patient traveled from Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City to Nghe An on July 31st and was quarantined at Dien Cat Kindergarten. On August 1st, the patient's first sample was taken and tested negative. On August 3rd, the patient's second sample was taken and sent to the CDC, and the results confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2 on the evening of August 3rd.

2.Patient NNT, female, born in 1999. Address: Hamlet 6, Quynh Lam Commune, Quynh Luu District. The patient is a close contact (F1) and the mother of patient HQN, who was previously announced. On July 29th, the patient's first sample was taken and tested negative. On July 31st, after patient HQN was announced positive and transferred to Field Hospital No. 1 in Nghe An for treatment, due to her young age, her mother, patient NNT, accompanied her to the hospital for care. On August 3rd, the patient had a third sample taken and sent to Quang Khoi General Hospital. On the morning of August 4th, the results confirmed positive for the SARS-CoV-2 virus.

The patient was isolated at Thuan Nghia Kindergarten and had her first sample taken, which yielded a negative result. Immediately afterward, the patient was transferred to the Ben Thuy Bridge isolation area and samples were sent to the CDC. On the morning of August 4th, the confirmatory test result was positive for the SARS-CoV-2 virus.

10.Patient VTM, female, born in 1988. Address: Do Thanh Commune, Yen Thanh District. On August 3rd, the patient returned from Ho Chi Minh City to Ben Thuy Bridge, where a rapid test was conducted, yielding a positive result. Immediately afterward, the patient was transferred to the Ben Thuy Bridge isolation area and a sample was sent to the CDC. On the morning of August 4th, the test result confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2. The patient is the wife of patient NHD, whose case was announced at the same time.

11.Patient MVK, male, born in 1992. Address: Nong Cong, Thanh Hoa. On August 3rd, the patient traveled from Ho Chi Minh City to Ben Thuy Bridge, where a rapid test was conducted, yielding a positive result. Immediately afterward, the patient was transferred to the Ben Thuy Bridge isolation area and samples were sent to the CDC. On the morning of August 4th, the confirmatory test result was positive for the SARS-CoV-2 virus.
