Continuing the question-and-answer session, the 7th Session, from 9:50 a.m. on June 6, under the chairmanship of National Assembly Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan, Deputy Prime Minister Pham Binh Minh, on behalf of the Government, spoke to clarify a number of issues and directly answered questions from National Assembly deputies.

Previously, from June 4 to 6, the National Assembly questioned Minister of Public Security To Lam, Minister of Construction Pham Hong Ha, Minister of Transport Nguyen Van The, and Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism on 4 groups of issues.
Group 1 issues on security, order and social safety,Focus on: Combating and preventing crimes related to the production, storage, transportation, and illegal trading of narcotics; combating and preventing crimes related to illegal credit activities, gangs operating in the "mafia" style, organizing transnational surrogacy rings, and abusing women and children; combating and preventing violations of the law and crimes against traffic safety, especially those involving traffic participants who consume alcohol beyond the prescribed limit, or use drugs or stimulants with serious consequences.
The second group of issues in the construction sector focuses on:Managing the real estate market, handling inadequacies in the management of apartment buildings, tourist apartments (condotel), tourist villas (resort villa), officetel; on urban planning and construction order management; relocating ministry and sector headquarters out of the inner city of major cities.
The third group of issues is in the field of transport and communication,Focus on: Handling problems related to traffic infrastructure, especially key traffic projects, large capital increases, slow progress, poor quality; managing transportation activities, vehicle quality, managing electronic contract vehicles; training, testing, granting, and revoking motor vehicle driving licenses; implementing, managing, and supervising automatic non-stop toll collection at toll stations to recover investment projects on National Highways and Expressways; the responsibility of the Ministry of Transport in ensuring traffic order and safety.
The fourth group of issues is about the fields of culture, sports and tourism,Focus on: Management, preservation and development of cultural heritage, management of revenue from relic sites and scenic spots; management of religious activities, beliefs, prevention of superstition; investment, construction and management of spiritual works; management of revenue from religious activities, spiritual tourism; management and development of tourism services.
