Recently, Hanoi City Police have warned that many virtual currency trading floors have appeared, attracting many investors with the potential risk of fraud. The floors are introduced as projects with high interest rates, committed to paying profits to players, and sharing high commissions when attracting new investors. This is also an opportunity for scammers to "set traps".
To avoid fraud, Hanoi City Police advise people to research carefully and only invest through official channels recognized by law. People absolutely do not participate in investing in virtual currency through websites of unknown origin, especially advertising platforms that promise high profits or attractive investment opportunities to appropriate victims' assets.
People do not believe investment invitations from strangers on social networks, Telegram, Zalo, Facebook... to avoid risks of property damage and unfortunate incidents.
If fraud is discovered, people need to immediately report it to the police to quickly verify, prevent and handle violators according to the law.
