Crane collapses at apartment complex, 10th-grade student dies.

(Baonghean.vn) - While playing sports on the school grounds, a student from Le Viet Thuat High School was killed instantly when a crane from the Truong Thanh 2 apartment building under construction next to the school fell on him.

According to initial information, at approximately 4:30 PM on November 14th, students at Le Viet Thuat High School were engaged in extracurricular activities in the schoolyard when they suddenly heard a loud crash as a crane collapsed, damaging the roof of a three-story classroom building. Many students scattered in panic, but H., a student from class 10 A7, was unable to escape in time and was struck on the head by the crane, dying instantly.

It is known that H. has two twin brothers who both study at Le Viet Thuat School. Truong Thanh Co., Ltd. is constructing a 20-story apartment building and a cluster of townhouses in Block 5, Truong Thi Ward, Vinh City.

Police are currently on the scene dealing with this tragic accident.
