Comrade Hoang Xuan Luong delivered a concluding speech at the working session.
Concluding the meeting, Comrade Hoang Xuan Luong shared the difficulties with Thanh Long commune due to unfavorable natural conditions causing difficulties for economic development and requested the commune to review and complete the criteria to make the dossier more convincing. As for Thanh Chuong district, he requested the district to review and complete the dossier, especially clarifying the reasons for the increase in the number of communes in region III compared to the previous period. At the same time, the district needs to consider arranging the priority order of communes and villages considered as particularly difficult communes and particularly difficult villages for consideration by the Councils at all levels./.
