Like several households in Nhung village, Tam Quang commune (Nghe An), Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong's house was submerged by floodwaters on the night of July 22, 2025. Sadly, the single mother is a disabled woman and could only flee the fierce flood, all her belongings were swept away. The livelihood of this poor household is now almost extinguished.
