(Baonghean.vn) - Hearing the news that Ha Tinh is determined to invest in a First Division team and strive to get to V-League in a few years, Nghe An people are looking forward to the Nghe An derby.

First of all, it must be said that Nghe An and Ha Tinh provinces always have many talented players on the field. For a long time, Ha Tinh has focused on developing volleyball, so many football players have to make a living on the field across the country. If invested in, like SLNA, this locality certainly does not lack talented players on the field.

The talents

Goalkeeper Phan Dinh Vu Hai was born in 1994, grew up in Nghi Xuan district and joined Hai Phong FC in 2012. Center back Tien Dung was born and raised in Duc Tho district. In 2008, he was selected to join the Military Region 4 Youth Team, and later joined Viettel Football Center.

Center back Truong Trong Sang was born in 1993 in Thach Ha district. He has achieved many impressive achievements in the colors of U21 Song Lam Nghe An, SHB Da Nang. He played for Phu Yen in the Second Division in 2015 as a center back, making a great contribution to bringing Phu Yen football to the First Division. Trong Sang is currently playing for Hue Club in the National First Division on loan.

Young player Phan Ba Hoang was born in 1999 in Ich Hau commune, Loc Ha district, and was recruited into PVF when he was just 13 years old. He is a promising young player. Ba Hoang and PVF won the Silver Medal at the National U17 tournament in 2016 and the National U19 tournament in 2017.

The most prominent is the 2017 Golden Ball Dinh Thanh Trung. He grew up from Ha Tinh youth football. In 2009, Thanh Trung left Ha Tinh to start his career at Hoa Phat Ha Noi, then came to QNK Quang Nam from phase 2 of the 2012 V.League season.

With the ability to handle the ball skillfully with his left foot, along with sharp tactical thinking and the ability to shoot from afar and take excellent free kicks, Dinh Thanh Trung is showing that he is worthy of being one of the best attacking midfielders in Vietnam at the present time.

And Ha Tinh football team

In recent years, Ha Tinh's youth football teams (especially U11, U13, U16 and U18) have entered the national finals for many consecutive years and won the U16 championship in the 1999 season, and the U18 championship in the 2000 season; Ha Tinh football team has competed in the National Second Division from 2003 to 2011.

But the turning point this year was when Vice Chairman of Ha Tinh Provincial People's Committee - Dang Quoc Vinh signed Document No. 1412/UBND-KGVX on March 22, requesting relevant ministries and branches to allow Hanoi Football Club to compete in Ha Tinh in the 2018 season, under the name Ha Tinh Football Club.

Accordingly, the two companies T&T Sports Joint Stock Company (owner of the team) and Thinh Phat Sports Development Company Limited signed a contract to change the ownership of the Hanoi First Division team since March this year. The two parties sent a document to the VFF with the purpose of "changing the shirt" of the Hanoi First Division Club to Ha Tinh Club, with the aim of bringing this team to Ha Tinh to compete in the 2018 First Division.

Hanoi First Division Club won promotion to the First Division thanks to a 3-0 victory over Binh Thuan in the 2017 Second Division. This is a team with many young players led by coach Pham Minh Duc, with 4 players who have had time to train and compete at Hanoi FC in the 2017 V.League including Dau Van Toan, Nguyen Nhu Tuan, Phung Viet Truong and Nguyen Manh Tien.

However, according to the regulations of Vietnam's professional football, Hanoi First Division Club will not be allowed to change its name or owner because it has not yet played in the First Division. The condition for Mr. Hien's team to become Ha Tinh Club is that it must have played in the First Division for at least 1 year.

The irony is that if the household registration is not transferred, Hanoi will have 3 First Division teams, and Hanoi B itself will not be able to win to be promoted to V-League because that would violate the rule of "one owner, 2 teams".

Perhaps with 2 out of 5 members of the VFF Professional Football Committee, more or less related to Mr. Hien, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Hoi (Chairman of Hanoi Club in V-League) and Mr. Bui Xuan Hoa (Chairman of SHB Da Nang Club), they will know how to advise "circumventing the law". It is very possible that the old document will be rewritten, the team will only change the name and headquarters but not change the owner, and that's it.
