This year's National Day, September 2, falls on a Saturday, so the holiday will last for 3 days (from September 2 to September 4), which is a favorable condition for people to arrange short trips.
Ms. Chu Thi Nguyet in Le Loi Ward (Vinh City) said: “Every year, on September 2nd, my whole family goes back to my hometown. Independence Day in my hometown is very fun, there are team ceremonial competitions, football and volleyball tournaments between the hamlets. I think this is a very good experience for the children.”
Not only people in the province, but also on every Independence Day, people studying and living far from home, especially in the northern provinces, all want to return to their hometown to visit family, relatives and friends because the distance and travel time are not much, so the travel needs of people on this occasion are predicted to increase dramatically.
