Will establish a plan to enforce construction of key projects of Vinh City before September 15

Currently, Vinh City has a number of key projects and works that are still stuck in land acquisition. For the Vinh Urban Development Sub-projects, there are problems in construction packages such as: Vinh - Hung Tay Road Construction Package, Kim Lien Company Limited and 28 households have land in the section passing through Hung Dong Commune; Quan Bau Intersection Resettlement Area has not yet been cleared.

The construction package of the road connecting National Highway 46 with the Lam River road still has 24 households in Nghi Duc and Nghi An communes; the project of building a regulating lake still has 3 households with a total area of 307m2.2; The project to upgrade and renovate the moat around Vinh citadel still has 5 households that have not had land clearance.

For the 95m road construction project, there are still problems in inventorying and confirming the origin and land use area due to non-cooperation of households.
Some other projects such as: Le Mao Street extension, Ly Thuong Kiet extension, 9ha land subdivision planning area in Quan Bau ward, Nghi Phu Primary School resettlement area are still facing difficulties in site clearance.
At the meeting, after listening to the departments, units, wards and communes specifically present the difficulties and obstacles that need to be resolved, comrade Vo Viet Thanh - Secretary of Vinh City Party Committee requested the departments, units, wards and communes to uphold the sense of responsibility and focus on site clearance work. At the same time, develop plans and organize enforcement and construction protection for households and units that are slow to comply before September 15, 2017./.
