Strangled your grandmother and hid her body under the bed

Accordingly, on the evening of December 11, Tran Tien Dung returned from Hanoi to his hometown and stopped by the house of Mr. Tran Duy Ham (74 years old) and Mrs. Pham Thi Sau (74 years old, residing in Xuan My commune, Nghi Xuan district) to visit and stay overnight.

Mr. Ham and Mrs. Sau are the grandparents of Dung's close friend. After a few days, Dung had the idea of ​​stealing.

Late at night on December 22, Dung took a rope from behind the cowshed, put it in his backpack and informed Mrs. Sau that he was going to Hanoi. However, Dung did not leave as he said, but at 1:00 a.m. on December 23, he returned to Mrs. Sau's house to steal it.

While Dung was rummaging through her belongings, Mrs. Sau woke up and called for help. At that time, Dung put his hand on her throat, stuffed a towel in her mouth, and tied Mrs. Sau's hands and feet with a rope. Hearing the victim scream, the subject used a rope to strangle Mrs. Sau to death, then dragged her under the bed and covered her with a blanket.

After Mrs. Sau died, the subject went behind and took the family's cow and tied it in front of a nearby resident's house.

After committing the crime, the suspect went to his adoptive mother's house in Tien Dien commune to hide. Immediately afterwards, Dung was arrested by the police to investigate the murder.

At the investigation agency, Dung confessed that due to lack of money, he had the intention to steal Mrs. Sau's property. Because Mrs. Sau reacted, the subject killed the old woman.

Nghi Xuan District Police have decided to prosecute the case and prosecute defendant Tran Tien Dung for "murder".
