9X super thief specializes in stealing phones
(Baonghean.vn) - The Investigation Police Agency of Ky Son District Police has just issued an emergency arrest warrant to serve the investigation of Vi Van Nhan, born in 1994, residing in Na Luong 2 village, Huu Kiem commune, Ky Son, for property theft.

Accordingly, at around 8:00 a.m. on February 25, at the market area of Muong Xen town, taking advantage of the fact that Ms. Vi Thi My La, residing in Pieng Pho village, Pha Danh commune, forgot a VIVOV3 brand phone, worth 4.5 million VND, on her motorbike when going to the market to buy things, the subject stole it.

Immediately after receiving the victim's report, the Ky Son Police Investigation Agency directed forces to investigate and collect documents and evidence to clarify the case. At 11:00 a.m. the same day, Ky Son Police issued an emergency arrest warrant for Vi Van Nhan.
Nhan admitted to stealing My La's phone, and also admitted to committing three other phone thefts in the area.
