Rabona's masterpiece helps Roma advance in Europa League

Midfielder Diego Perotti successfully executed a cross-legged kick to score in AS Roma's win over Viktoria Plzen.

Perotti created a masterpiece when he got the ball in the 82nd minute. The midfielder kicked the ball cross-legged right in front of an opposing player, from a distance of 15 meters, causing the ball to fly over the goalkeeper's head and into the far corner.

In addition to Perotti's masterpiece, AS Roma also had three goals scored by striker Edin Dzeko. These goals helped the Italian team win 4-1.

After the fifth round of the Europa League group stage, AS Roma has 11 points. This result is enough to quickly win a ticket to the next round along with the leading position in Group E.

Second-placed Astra Giurgiu have just seven points with one round of matches remaining. Austria Wien are third with five points, while Viktoria Plzen have just three.

The top two teams from each Europa League group will advance, with 24 teams from 12 groups. These will join eight teams transferred from the Champions League in the first knockout round.
