Subject Trung and evidence of the case. |
Here, Trung confessed to stealing the motorbike on September 10 in Hoa Khanh Bac ward, Lien Chieu district. Continuing the investigation, Trung confessed that he was the one who broke into, broke the safe and stole property at the house of Nguyen Dinh V (in Bau Mac 8, Hoa Khanh Bac ward, Lien Chieu district) in the early morning of September 10 that the police were searching for.
That day, Trung was wandering around Bau Hac 8 Street when he discovered that Mr. V's door was not closed, so he immediately climbed in to search for property. After finding the homeowner's safe in the first floor bedroom, Trung carried the safe out, stole a Sirius 82K7-8731 motorbike, and drove the safe to Hai Van Pass to hide it.
More recklessly and tragically, after using a sledgehammer to break into the safe and steal money and gold, Trung drove his motorbike back to the house he broke into and stole to throw it back to the homeowner because he thought the "papers" could not be pawned or exchanged for money...
Expanding the investigation, Lien Chieu District Police also discovered that Le Xuan Trung was the subject who carried out 3 consecutive break-ins and thefts with property worth nearly 100 million VND in the area in just a short period of time.

In April 2015, the Thu Duc District People's Court, Ho Chi Minh City, also sentenced Trung to 24 months in prison for this crime.
