According to Reuters, on June 4, the Singaporean government said that the country has selected the central area of the capital Singapore as a "special event area" from June 10-14, to serve the pre-planned summit between US President Donald Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong-un.
Specifically, the special area includes the districts of Tanglin, Newton and Orchard, where the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the US embassy are located.
This is also an area with many large hotels, including the Shangri-la Hotel - the likely location for the US-North Korea summit on June 12.
Russian President signs bill to counter US sanctions

On June 4, French police continued to clear two temporary camps housing illegal immigrants in the capital Paris after the campaign launched by the French government last week to deal with the massive influx of immigrants into this European country over the past three years.

On June 4, a suicide bomber detonated an explosive device targeting Muslim clerics in the west of the capital Kabul, killing at least eight people.
Kabul police said the bombing occurred at the entrance to the headquarters of the religious organization, the Afghan Ulema Council, as Muslim clerics were preparing to leave a meeting.
About 2,000 members of the Afghan Ulema Council attended the meeting to express their opposition to terrorism and call for ensuring security and peace.
Russia arrests 11 people in Siberia suspected of recruiting terrorists

On June 4, the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) announced that it had arrested 11 people from a religious group in the Siberian city of Krasnoyarsk on suspicion of recruiting fighters for terrorist groups in Syria and Afghanistan.

Cambodia controls online information ahead of election

In a statement on June 4, the Cambodian government said that authorities will “control news, articles, audio, images, videos and other forms of content that aim to cause unrest” ahead of the country’s general election in July.

Guatemala volcano erupts violently, death toll rises sharply

The Guatemalan National Coordination Agency for Disaster Reduction (Conrad) said that as of noon on June 4 (Vietnam time), the death toll from the Fuego volcano eruption had increased to 25 and the number of injured people according to previous reports was nearly 300.
The Fuego volcano has erupted with up to 8km of red-hot lava, creating a thick column of black smoke, along with a lot of ash, falling on the capital Guatemala City and other areas.
