Students join "Church of God", University holds emergency meeting
The board of directors of Hong Duc University held an emergency meeting after receiving information that many students were joining the Church of God.
Statistics from Hong Duc University (Thanh Hoa) show that there are 12 students participating in the "Church of God" (of which 2 students have graduated, 2 students have dropped out and 8 are still studying).

Faced with the above situation, on April 27, the Board of Directors of Hong Duc University held an urgent meeting, with the participation of the School Board, Department PA83 (Thanh Hoa Provincial Police), the School Youth Union Executive Committee, the School Union, teachers, and student representatives from the faculties.
At the meeting, Department PA83 - Thanh Hoa Provincial Police approved the current situation, scale, area of operation, methods of attraction, performance of followers of the Association; consequences left after following the Association.
To prevent students from being lured and enticed, Hong Duc University has issued a notice. Through this, the school's Principal requested heads of units and organizations through various channels to inform students to proactively avoid contact with strangers to be lured and enticed, especially groups of people claiming to be members of the "Church of God".
Request the Youth Union and Student Association through the Youth Union branches, Youth Union branches, Student Association branches and the Student Volunteer Team to monitor and detect cases of enticement and enticement, and promptly prevent them. Through inspection, the authorities discovered and seized many documents and evidence related to the activities of the "Church of God" such as: tables, chairs, pulpits, various types of Bibles, clothes, head coverings, banners, slogans... used to conduct propaganda ceremonies for the "Church of God" religion, various types of colored water, white powder (used as holy water for participants to drink).
It is known that the above house is one of the places where the “Church of God” activities are regularly held. The members are all managed by Mai Van Hung (born in 1984), from Hai Ha commune, Tinh Gia district. During the activities, this group often disguises itself as marketing staff, selling New Life water purifiers to propagate, attract and entice people to participate.
