SLNA successfully retained midfielder Hector.

(Baonghean)Recently, negotiations between SLNA Club and Trinidad & Tobago midfielder Hector have progressed smoothly. As a result, a new contract has been signed, under which Hector will continue to play for SLNA for another season.

Having made a good impression when he joined SLNA on loan in the 2012 V-League season, at the end of the season, Trinidad & Tobago midfielder Hector was offered a permanent contract by the Nghe An team.

However, for a long time, the two sides were unable to reach a concrete agreement due to SLNA's financial difficulties. It wasn't until recently, when Hector himself agreed to accept a lower salary than the previous season, that the gap between him and SLNA gradually narrowed.

Hector will continue to play for SLNA.

Currently, besides Hector, SLNA is also "nurturing" striker Deon Plaza (who played for N.SG last season) and a new African-born center-back.
