SLNA is the only team that has not received a red card in V.League 2015.
Despite having a reputation for a rough and aggressive playing style, SLNA is surprisingly the only team without a single red card after 16 rounds.

SLNA is displaying a more attractive style of play under coach Ngo Quang Truong.
Before round 16, SLNA and Sanna.KH were the only two teams that hadn't received any red cards. However, with Thanh Tuan being sent off after elbowing Tang Tuan, Sanna.KH "surrendered" in the "fair play" competition with the team from Nghe An.
Above all, the fact that SLNA is the only team without a single red card after 16 rounds of the 2015 V.League has surprised many fans. This is because in recent seasons, the team from Nghe An has always caused controversy with its rather rough style of play. As a result, some SLNA players have been suspended for almost an entire season due to such unsportsmanlike conduct.
Despite not receiving any red cards, SLNA's number of yellow cards is not among the highest. According to the organizers' statistics, Ngo Quang Truong's team has received 36 yellow cards, ranking behind Thanh Hoa, Dong Nai, and Hai Phong. In some matches, SLNA even had no cards at all.

SLNA (yellow) plays much more harmoniously this season.
Is SLNA changing to create a new image in the eyes of the audience? That is certainly what fans of the Nghe An team in particular, and football fans in general, are hoping for. Coach Ngo Quang Truong also admitted that SLNA is gradually changing from its past self.
"The coaching staff has instructed the players to maintain their strong playing style as usual. But we also regularly require the players to strictly adhere to the rules, respect their opponents, and prioritize fair play," the SLNA head coach shared.
Having made a strong impression in the first half of the season, it is hoped that Ngo Quang Truong's team will continue this commendable "habit" until the end of the season. It should also be added that Nghe An football has recently earned the goodwill of fans.
Specifically, in the recent 2015 National U17 Championship - Thai Son Nam Cup, U17 SLNA played attractively and avoided any malicious tackles. It wasn't until the semi-finals that Coach Nguyen Quang Hai's team received their first and only yellow card in four matches. This style of play earned U17 SLNA the Fair Play Award from the organizers.
