(Baonghean.vn) - In the semi-final match of the 2022 Nestlé Milo Cup National U11 Football Tournament, SLNA and Tay Ninh both won to enter the final match; VFF assessed that the Disciplinary Board's decision for Hai Phong Club was appropriate and objective, so it rejected the appeal of the port city team.

In the second half, SLNA had 2 more goals to raise the score to 3-0, scored by Hoang Hieu and Van Ngoc. This was also the final result of the match.
Thus, the final match of the tournament will be a confrontation between U11 Song Lam Nghe An and U11 Hai An Tay Ninh. The closing ceremony, final match and award ceremony will take place on July 30 at Khanh Hoa Stadium (Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa Province).
VFF rejects Hai Phong Club's complaint
According to the announcement from the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) on July 29, Head of the Complaints Resolution Board Chu Hong Thanh decided to maintain the content of the decision of the VFF Disciplinary Board on disciplining Hai Phong Club. The Hai Phong team was fined 70 million VND and played 1 match at home without spectators.
The Complaints Resolution Board found that Hai Phong Club violated the organization of the match by allowing the team's fans to insult the honor and act uncultured towards the referee, causing particularly serious consequences for the image of the tournament and Vietnamese football.

The incident that caused Hai Phong to be fined occurred during the match against Binh Dinh in round 8 of V.League 2022 at Lach Tray Stadium on July 19. When the match ended with a 3-1 victory for Hai Phong, fan Tran Tien Dung, who used to be a groundskeeper at Lach Tray Stadium, approached the referee, pulled his shirt and spat in his face.
The VFF Disciplinary Board assessed that Mr. Tran Tien Dung's actions were an insult to the dignity and honor of referee Hoang Ngoc Ha, seriously affecting the image of Vietnamese football, and banned him from attending all stadiums to watch matches and tournaments organized by the VFF for 3 years. After the penalty of the VFF Disciplinary Board, Hai Phong sent an appeal to the VFF Complaints Resolution Board but was unsuccessful. The Hai Phong team was also recently fined 15 million VND for allowing fans to light flares at Vinh Stadium on July 23 in round 9 but did not appeal this penalty.
Ronaldo hints at media lies about his future
In a cryptic Instagram post, Ronaldo has hit back at the media amid speculation about his next destination.
"It's impossible not to talk about me one day," Ronaldo wrote. ''Otherwise the press doesn't make money. You know that if you don't lie, you won't be able to attract people's attention. Keep going that one day you will get some real news.''
The Portuguese superstar ended the post with a crying face emoji and a laughing face emoji.
Sportsmail understands Ronaldo was referring to a claim in his post that Sir Alex Ferguson intervened in a desperate attempt to convince the player to stay at Old Trafford.

Ronaldo and Ferguson have a close relationship - the 37-year-old regards the legendary manager as a father figure - and they exchanged pleasantries during their time together at Carrington.
Ronaldo and his agent Jorge Mendes have reportedly held talks with the Old Trafford hierarchy this week to resolve his future. Mendes told United officials that his client had received a direct offer but the club would have to pay a transfer fee for the Portuguese superstar to complete the deal. However, United have rejected the offer and said they will not let Ronaldo leave.
