Since 1994, Nghe An Education Trade Union has launched a sector-wide campaign to build an "Educational Talent Development Fund" from contributions from officials, teachers, and workers, with an initial capital of only 89 million VND.
The fund is saved and the interest is used every two years to reward employees with outstanding achievements. After 15 times of organization, 209 employees have received awards.
Speaking at the award ceremony, Director of the Department of Education and Training Thai Van Thanh congratulated, recognized and commended the outstanding faces of the province's education in 2019.
The achievements that teachers have attained are the most obvious results of the emulation movements that the education and training sector has launched in recent years, especially the campaign for each teacher to be a model of self-study and creativity.
