In addition, from 6:00 p.m. on August 26, the system will issue Identification Certificates for freight vehicles with QR Codes on the addresshttp://luongxanh.drvn.gov.vn will not accept registration and information updates. Vehicles that have been issued a QR Code before 6:00 p.m. on August 26 will continue to be used until it expires.

According to statistics, by the end of August 25, Nghe An Department of Transport had received 14,342 applications forGreen Channel Priority Certificate, of which, approved and issued Certificates with QR codes for 11,698 vehicles, refused to issue Certificates for 2,408 ineligible vehicles and are awaiting approval for 236 cases.
