According to the provisions of Article 1 of Circular No. 1/2009/TT-BXD of the Ministry of Construction dated February 25, 2009, stipulating a number of contents on granting certificates of house ownership and guiding the sample contract for sale and purchase of apartments in construction investment projects of housing business organizations; the seller is responsible for completing procedures for the competent state agency to grant a certificate of ownership to the buyer of the apartment, and preparing documents for granting a certificate of house ownership for the first time when purchasing an apartment in a construction investment project.

Pink book
