Department of Science and Technology meets with outstanding media collaborators

((Baonghean.vn) - Within the framework of the 2014 Nghe An Science & Technology Award Ceremony, on the afternoon of May 7, 2015, the Department of Science & Technology and the Nghe An Science & Technology Communication Center organized a meeting with science & technology communication collaborators. Attending the ceremony were representatives of the Department of Science & Technology and over 100 collaborators who are experts and scientists who are collaborators of the industry.

With efforts to innovate the content and form of propaganda, from May 2014 to present, the publications of the Department of Science and Technology, such as the Science and Technology Magazine and the Social Sciences and Humanities Journal, have many innovations in presentation and printing, published monthly/periodically; increasingly gathering a team of collaborators who are experts, managers and prestigious writers.

In addition to the above publications, the Center has also built a television channel and an electronic information page to promote science and technology activities. Along with the news in the province's main newspapers, in 2014, the industry's publications published over 2,520 news, an average of 210 news/month; in the first 5 months of the year, over 500 news and articles were updated and published.

Besides the above advantages, the industry's publications still have some limitations and weaknesses such as not having many articles with sharp criticism and not providing orientations for agricultural and rural development of the province...

At the conference, representatives of typical collaborators frankly gave their opinions on the advantages and disadvantages of publications issued by the industry; added outlines and topics so that the propaganda on publications is in line with the principles and purposes; must demonstrate and discover suitable plant varieties, animals, and technologies to propagate, introduce, and encourage people to apply in life; thereby promoting increased productivity and efficiency in all areas of economic and social life.
