Comparing Covid-19 death rates between vaccinated and unvaccinated people
Unvaccinated people are many times more likely to die than vaccinated people.

The census represents 30% of Americans across 16 regions across the country.
Additionally, age has always been one of the biggest determinants of whether someone is at risk of severe Covid-19.

People over 80 years old, even after being vaccinated, are still at high risk of death, even more than people under 50 years old who have not been vaccinated.
The statistics are important for the vaccination campaign, which is why regulators are in the process of recommending booster shots for older adults, along with other vulnerable populations.
Currently, some elderly people in countries have received the third dose of Pfizer vaccine.
Vaccines are really effective at preventing hospitalizations and deaths, but they’re not a perfect solution. Reducing the prevalence of Covid-19 in the community is key to protecting older or vulnerable people – even if they’ve been vaccinated.
