The strange hobby of an 18 year old robber

On November 11, Tu Ky District Police, Hai Duong Province, announced that the unit, in coordination with other functional forces, had arrested a subject who had committed robbery targeting women. According to the investigation, at about 3:00 p.m. on October 27, at the Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway access road in Trung Son village, Tai Son commune, Tu Ky district; while driving a motorbike, Ms. N. (residing in Thanh Ha district, Hai Duong province) was suddenly stopped by a male motorcyclist, threatened with a knife, and robbed of her property. Ms. N. fought back, and was immediately stabbed in the chest and abdomen by the subject, causing the victim to be taken to the hospital for emergency treatment.
The development of this incident led the police to believe that there was a connection with the robbery that occurred not long before in Binh Lang commune, Tu Ky. The victim was Ms. P. (residing in Gia Loc district, Hai Duong province); while driving a motorbike, a man stopped her, pulled out a knife, threatened her and robbed her of her backpack containing clothes.
While the above two cases were being urgently investigated by the police, at around 6:30 p.m. on November 8, at the service road in Duong Xa village, Nhan Quyen commune, Binh Giang district, a robbery with similar methods occurred. The victim, Ms. L., was first approached by a person riding a motorbike in the same direction, touched her buttocks, then forced to stop the motorbike, pointed a knife at her chest and forced her to hand over her property.
Urgently reviewing, on November 9, Tu Ky District Police coordinated with functional units to identify and arrest the perpetrator, Nguyen Duc Tam (18 years old, residing in Hoang Dieu Commune, Gia Loc District, Hai Duong).
At the police station, Nguyen Duc Tam initially confessed that the motive for committing the crime was to have money to play games. Because he often played violent games with "cool" images, the subject was haunted in his daily life. Therefore, every time he robbed property, Tam often "physically and physically" with the victim.
