Xiangyang residents return to normal life after floods

After more than 10 days of struggling to cope with the floods and focusing on overcoming the consequences, life in the mountainous commune of Tuong Duong is gradually returning to normal. The markets are bustling, at the Public Administration Service Center, people come to do procedures after many days of waiting because the roads are not yet open.

Nghe Tinh Business Association in Da Nang donated 400 million VND to support flood-hit areas in Tuong Duong.

On the morning of August 4, the Nghe Tinh Business Association expanded in Da Nang, led by Mr. Phan Son Anh - Chairman of the Association, directly provided support to schools and households that suffered heavy damage in Tuong Duong commune during the recent flood.
Tuong Duong district met with agencies and units assigned to help poor communes in the area.

On the afternoon of August 16, Tuong Duong district organized a meeting with agencies and units assigned to help especially disadvantaged communes in Tuong Duong district.
