Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council attended the Great National Unity Day in the most difficult village of Que Phong district

On the occasion of the 89th anniversary of the Vietnam Fatherland Front's Traditional Day (November 18, 1930 - November 18, 2019), on the morning of November 14, comrade Hoang Viet Duong, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, representatives of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee and the Provincial Veterans Association came to celebrate the Great Unity Day with the people of Pa Lau - Na Khich hamlet, Nam Nhoong commune, Que Phong district.

As a difficult village in a particularly difficult commune of the mountainous district of Que Phong, Na Khich - Pa Lau is overcoming difficulties every day to reach the New Rural finish line.

The village has 98 households with 404 people. In recent years, the village has mobilized people in the residential area to effectively organize and carry out patriotic emulation movements. People here are united, promoting diligence and creativity in production, exploiting the potential and strengths of the area, overcoming difficulties to rise up, and building an increasingly developed residential area. 88% of the families in the village have achieved the title of cultural family. Cultural, artistic and sports movements are always organized enthusiastically in the residential area. People in the village well implement the Party's policies and guidelines.

Attending the great solidarity festival in Na Khich village, comrade Hoang Viet Duong was delighted with the achievements that the people of Na Khich - Pa Lau village have achieved in the past time. He suggested: Party committees, the Front Work Committee and organizations need to organize and implement the criteria well so that in the following years, they can maintain the title of cultural family and strive to have no more social evils in the area.

On this occasion, comrade Hoang Viet Duong - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council and representatives of the Provincial Fatherland Front presented the photo "Uncle Ho with Uncle Ton" to the people of Na Khich - Pa Lau hamlet; presented 40 million VND in funding to support the construction of a solidarity house for Ms. Vi Thi Hoa's family, a poor household in Pa Lau hamlet; presented 11 gifts with a total value of 5.5 million VND to 11 poor households in Na Khich - Pa Lau hamlet from the "For the Poor" Fund of the Provincial Fatherland Front.

Also on this occasion, Que Phong District Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee of Que Phong district also awarded 04 gifts with a total value of 02 million VND to 04 families who wrote applications to get out of poverty.
