Shocking: Another victim of Ronaldo's rape in 2005 revealed
Kathryn Mayorga's legal team is trying to contact the victim of Cristiano Ronaldo's 2005 sexual assault, in an attempt to get more evidence against the Juventus star.
In 2005, as a 20-year-old star at Man United,Ronaldohas been embroiled in a rape allegation. At that time, Ronaldo was accused of raping a French woman of African origin at the Sanderson Hotel, London. The incident occurred after a match between MU and West Ham (a team based in the British capital). Another woman claimed that she was sexually assaulted that same night by Ronaldo's cousin.

The incident caused a public uproar at the time. But a few weeks later, the police said that one of the victims had withdrawn the accusation. As for the accusation against Ronaldo, the police summoned the MU star to take a statement. However, due to insufficient evidence, the accusation was dismissed and the incident fell into oblivion.
Sharing with the press, Ronaldo said at that time: "I have received the notice, the investigation has come to an end. There is nothing related to me in the accusations made. I am happy that this is over, and I can focus all my mind on playing football for MU".

The identity of the woman who accused Ronaldo of rape in 2005 remains a mystery. Kathryn Mayorga, who accused Ronaldo of rape in 2009, is currently trying to contact her with the aim of persuading her to come forward and participate in the trial that exposes Ronaldo.
“I know a woman in England who has accused Ronaldo of sexual assault. I would like to speak to that woman. I would be interested in identifying and contacting that person. I would urge all Ronaldo victims to contact me,” Leslie Stovall, Kathryn Moyorga’s lawyer, said in a statement.

If the 2005 victim responds to Stovall’s call, things will be extremely difficult for Ronaldo. Currently, Stovall has in his possession evidence of Kathryn’s report to the police about the 2009 incident, her medical records kept at the hospital, and recordings of related phone calls, along with a 27-page dossier obtained by the German daily Der Spiegel.
Ronaldo has 20 days from September 27 to respond to the lawsuit. In the worst case, Ronaldo may have to go to the US to attend court. According to Nevada (US) regulations, sexual assault can be punished with a maximum sentence of life in prison.
