Exciting first year rice planting competition

(Baonghean.vn) -At Quang Thinh village (Tam Dinh - Tuong Duong), the People's Committee, all levels and sectors successfully organized the 2014 rice planting competition.

The competition had 6 teams from 7 villages in the whole commune. Along with the Tree Planting Ceremony, this is one of 2 activities in the policy of Tuong Duong district to communes since 2013, with the purpose of encouraging and motivating people in the district to stick with the fields, especially the rice fields.

Tuong Duong is a mountainous district, the district's economy is still difficult. Thanks to the right investment of the state at all levels, along with the right policies of the district, especially the issue of taking advantage of favorable natural areas to meet the local food needs of the people.

This year, although the weather in the past few days has not been very favorable, it has been rainy and cold, however, the communes, along with the members of each team, are very enthusiastic, creating a vibrant atmosphere in this year's competition.
