Workers' MonthEvery year, the Occupational Safety and Health Action Month is not only an occasion to honor the great contributions of the working class, but also a time for trade unions to affirm their role in representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of workers. At the same time, the Occupational Safety and Health Action Month serves as a reminder to every agency, unit, enterprise, and individual worker to raise awareness and responsibility in ensuring a safe and sustainable working environment.
Building on that spirit, the Trade Union of Thanh Vinh Ward has developed a plan to organize many practical and meaningful activities during this year's Workers' Month.

In her opening remarks, Ms. Dinh Thi Thuy Mai, Chairwoman of the Ward's Trade Union, emphasized that the ward's trade union had developed a plan with many practical activities such as: organizing free medical check-ups, visiting union members in difficult circumstances, implementing welfare programs and educational activities for the children of union members such as summer camps, drowning prevention...
In particular, through this series of events, the ward's Trade Union hopes to spread the spirit of solidarity and put the resolutions of the Party and Trade Unions at all levels into practice. The affiliated grassroots trade unions need to focus on effectively carrying out key tasks, paying attention to disadvantaged members, and promoting the dissemination of labor laws and occupational safety and health regulations.
