At the program, there are 5 teams participating in the contest "Learning about the life and career of President Ho Chi Minh". The teams will go through 2 rounds, including: Multiple choice test and eloquence test. In the multiple choice test, there are 20 questions, each question has 10 seconds to think and give an answer. The festival aims to arouse patriotism, national pride and self-respect and contribute to raising awareness among students about the strategic position and role of Vietnam's seas and islands in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland. From there, help them understand accurately and fully the viewpoints, policies and actions of Vietnam in resolving issues related to the seas and islands in accordance with Vietnamese regulations and international law. At the same time, promote studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style according to Directive No. 05-CT/TW dated May 15, 2016 of the Politburo.

Previously, the contest "Learning about Vietnam's seas and islands" was held from May 12-16, 2023, attracting 478 students from Nghe An University of Economics to participate.
