Exciting art performance to celebrate the Traditional Day of Vinh City Armed Forces

(Baonghean.vn) - Towards the 70th anniversary of the Traditional Day of Vinh City Armed Forces (December 18, 1946 - December 18, 2016), on the evening of November 14, Vinh City Youth Union coordinated with the City Military Command to organize an art performance.

The organizers presented flowers to 7 contest clusters.

The Festival has 7 groups from 25 Youth Union units in Vinh city. The teams bring singing and dancing performances with the themepraising the Party, Uncle Ho, praising the people's armed forces; love for the homeland, the country, the Vietnamese people and the homeland's sea and islands.

Performance "The Red Village Militia" by cluster 4 (4 units: Hung Dung, Hung Hoa, Hung Loc, Nghi Duc).

Through this cultural and artistic exchange activity, it aims to educate cadres, employees and soldiers of Vinh City's armed forces to promote the glorious tradition of the Vietnam People's Armed Forces, while strengthening the relationship, understanding and mutual assistance between the youth of Vinh City's forces and the agencies and grassroots units of Vinh City's Youth Union.

The organizing committee awarded prizes to the competition clusters.

At the end of the festival, group 3 won first prize. The organizing committee also awarded 1 second prize, 2 third prizes and 2 consolation prizes.
