After realizing the incident, a representative of this network said: "VinaPhone quickly deployed technical solutions and the problem was then resolved, service and communication returned to normal."
VinaPhone also apologizes to customers for the inconvenience caused during the use of the service and hopes to receive their understanding.
According to the reporter's records, by the morning of February 4, VinaPhone subscribers in Nghe An had basically returned to normal operation. However, there were still a few subscribers who still had unstable signals and networks, and interrupted connections.
Talking to Nghe An Newspaper reporter, Ms. Ho Thi Thuy Trang - Director of VNPT Nghe An said: Immediately after the incident occurred on the afternoon of February 3, the group's technical departments worked and gradually restored this situation. In Nghe An, on the morning of February 4, subscribers basically returned to normal operation. Updated to 10:00 a.m. on February 4, 4G and 3G networks have been completely restored.
Regarding the issue of some subscribers still having weak signal, unstable network, and interrupted connection, Ms. Ho Thi Thuy Trang said: This problem only occurs locally in some areas and also depends on the customer's device. For older devices, this phenomenon is not uncommon. Currently, subscribers who are experiencing problems can contact the unit or the nearest VinaPhone branch directly so that technical staff can fix it as soon as possible.

Not only VinaPhone network, before that, in the first days of 2023, a series of MobiFone subscribers, mainly in Ho Chi Minh City area, reported the loss of signal, unable to make calls. Some subscribers said that after switching their phones to 3G network, they saw the signal bar appear. Meanwhile, most of them reported No Service status.
