Song Lam Nghe An completes payment of allowances for youth team participating in 3rd Division Tournament in 2022

Mr. Nguyen Dinh Nghia - Deputy General Director of Song Lam Nghe An Sports Joint Stock Company, Director of Song Lam Nghe An Youth Football Training Center said: "Up to this point, Song Lam Nghe An Club has completed the payment of allowances to all players of the Song Lam Nghe An youth team who participated in the 3rd Division Tournament in 2022. It is estimated that each athlete, in addition to the amount received from the province, will receive an additional 12 months of allowances supported by the club".

Previously, in early 2022, after Tan Long Group took over Song Lam Nghe An, this club decided to establish a youth team to compete in the 3rd Division in 2022. Establishing this team helps players have more opportunities to compete, thereby maturing early to return to serve the 1st team competing in the V.league.

Also after its establishment, the leaders of Song Lam Nghe An Club promised that in addition to the provincial allowance, Tan Long Group would support an additional 1.5 million/month for all players participating in this tournament. However, after nearly a year, the players have not received the additional support.

Explaining this delay, according to the investigation of Nghe An Newspaper reporter, the payment policy was approved by the General Director of Song Lam Nghe An Sports Joint Stock Company a long time ago, but due to negligence from the Club's Chief Accountant, the payment was delayed. This has affected the image of the club to a large number of fans.

Thus, up to this point, all players of the Song Lam Nghe An youth team participating in the 3rd Division Tournament in 2022 have received the entire allowance as promised by Tan Long Group. It is estimated that each player will receive an amount ranging from 16 - 19 million/year (depending on the time each player participates in training and competition, so there is a difference above).

Song Lam Nghe An Youth Team participates in the 3rd Division in 2022, in Group A including the teams: People's Public Security Youth, Hanoi Youth, Luxury Ha Long, Phu Yen, Golden Location Kon Tum, Song Lam Nghe An Youth.

After the group stage, this team achieved unexpected results and had to stop early. Also after that tournament, Song Lam Nghe An Club decided to disband the youth team to focus on the U21 team to participate in the National U21 Tournament organized annually by the Vietnam Football Federation in coordination with Thanh Nien Newspaper.
