Spice Girls split, Victoria Beckham files lawsuit against sisters
Victoria Beckham is said to have launched legal action to stop the remaining former Spice Girls performing their songs under the name GEM.
The 42-year-old fashion designer is said to have enlisted lawyers to stop Geri Horner, Emma Bunton and Mel B from performing classic hits by the band she was also a member of.
According to The Sun, Victoria Beckham left three members of the group feeling "destroyed" by using the law to solve the problem.

A source close to the group said: "The girls are devastated. It's so sad that it's ended this way... Victoria was a huge part of their lives and now she's getting lawyers to stop her friends from coming back.
Victoria says she is proud of the Spice Girls' history but this shows she wants to cut all ties with the band that changed her life."

In 2016, the media reported that Geri, Emma and Mel would reunite under the name GEM, with the intention of reviving old songs as well as nurturing the release of new music products.
However, Victoria's lack of support for the idea brought the plan to a standstill.
Earlier this week, Geri, 42, also "contributed" to the collapse of fans' dreams of a famous Spice Girls reunion when she announced that she would focus on her family.
Already mother to 10-year-old daughter Bluebell, Geri is currently pregnant with her first child with husband Christian Horner and wants to focus on her top priority.
A source told The Sun: "Geri's priorities have changed. The baby is due later this year so rather than focusing on the reunion show, she wants to focus on family matters."
Previously, Geri was active in the hope of reviving the Spice Girls even though Victoria Beckham and Mel C refused to participate./.
