324th Division: The leading unit in the emulation movement for decisive victory throughout the entire army.
(Baonghean.vn) - This morning, December 26th, the 324th Division held a military-political conference to evaluate the results of military and national defense tasks in 2014 and set directions and tasks for 2015.
In 2014, the Party Committee and the Division's command focused on leading and directing efforts to improve overall quality, proficiency, and combat readiness to meet mission requirements in all situations. They participated in disaster prevention and mitigation efforts, including forest fires, in the area where the division was stationed, with 1,300 officers and soldiers involved. Simultaneously, they directed the preparation of materials, training models, and training grounds, which were strengthened to meet the unit's training needs. The entire Division organized the repair and reinforcement of 110 technical and tactical training grounds and specialized training grounds; 86 drill and physical training grounds; repainted and reinforced 18,764 and created 13,711 new training aids and materials; invested 6,961 man-days in reinforcing training grounds and practice areas, totaling 1,815,166,000 VND.

With the achievements made during the year, in 2014 the Division was honored to be awarded the title of Leading Unit in the Emulation Movement for Victory of the entire army by the Ministry of National Defense. Regiment 1 was one of the leading units in the Emulation Movement for Victory of the Military Region, and 1,621 collectives and 2,340 individuals were commended in the Emulation Movement for Victory.
