324th Division: Thoroughly understanding and implementing directives from all levels regarding the Party Congress.

(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of October 20th, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the 324th Division (Military Region 4) held a conference to disseminate and implement Directive No. 36-CT/TƯ of the Politburo, Directive No. 464-CT/QUTƯ of the Standing Committee of the Central Military Commission, and Directive No. 368-CT/ĐU of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Military Region 4, and Directive 477 of the Standing Committee of the Division's Party Committee on Party Congresses at all levels leading up to the 12th National Congress of the Party.

Overview of the conference

In his opening remarks, Colonel Trinh Van Hung, Secretary of the Party Committee and Political Commissar of the 324th Division, emphasized: This Party Congress at all levels is a broad political activity throughout the Division; affirming the Division's strong development over 59 years of building and maturing under the leadership of the Party; demonstrating the determination to build a strong Party Committee for the Division in terms of politics, ideology, and organization; building the Division to become increasingly strong, contributing to building a revolutionary, regular, elite, and progressively modern army, and firmly protecting the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

The success of the Party Congresses at all levels within the Division's Party Committee is of great importance to each agency and unit, leading up to the 12th National Congress of the Party. Therefore, delegates need to uphold a high sense of responsibility, focus their intellect, fully grasp the content, and firmly understand the general guiding ideology, requirements, and new content in accordance with the resolutions, directives, and conclusions of the Politburo on reforming the Party's leadership methods and on Party building work in accordance with Resolution 4 of the 11th Central Committee. At the conference, delegates were fully briefed on the Politburo's directives, the Standing Committee of the Central Military Commission's directives and plans of the Standing Committee of the Military Region's Party Committee, and the Political Department's directives, plans, and guidelines on organizing the 11th Division Party Congress.
