The 324th Division commenced its training exercise in 2013.

(Baonghean.vn) -This morning, February 28th, the 324th Division held its 2013 training commencement ceremony and launched a competition with the theme "Overcoming the sun, conquering the rain, enthusiastically training" (from March 1st, 2013 to December 31st, 2013) for the Division headquarters and its subordinate battalions.

During this emulation campaign, the Division will focus on successfully achieving several important targets, such as:100%Officers and soldiers are ready to accept and successfully complete all assigned tasks; officers from platoon to battalion level receive training according to their rank; 90% of battalion officers and 70% of company and platoon officers achieve good or excellent results; 50% or more of squad leaders and platoon leaders perform well in guiding and managing training and instruction in certain areas according to their positions and responsibilities. Tactical training and exercises at all levels achieve high results and absolute safety. Participation in competitions and sports events yields top results.

Prior to the start of training, the Division organized a discussion forum with the theme "Going to War for Victory." Units also held sports competitions, synchronized gymnastics performances, martial arts demonstrations, and a camp showcasing innovative technical improvements, creating a vibrant atmosphere for the initial days of training.
