(Baonghean.vn)On April 18th, in the sea area 5 nautical miles from the Lach Van estuary, the patrol force of Dien Thanh Border Guard Station discovered a vessel with registration number NA3703TS, owned by Tran Van Hue (born in 1982, residing in Hamlet 9, Tien Thuy Commune, Quynh Luu District), engaging in the act of using electric shock devices to catch seafood.

Based on Decree 31/ND-CP, Dien Thanh Border Guard Station issued a decision to fine the vehicle owner 4,000,000 VND to be paid into the state budget and confiscate one electric shock device.
