(Baonghean.vn)On April 18, in the sea area 5 nautical miles from Lach Van estuary, the patrol force of Dien Thanh Border Post discovered a vessel with registration number: NA3703TS owned by Tran Van Hue (born in 1982, permanent residence: Hamlet 9, Tien Thuy Commune, Quynh Luu District) using electric shock to catch seafood.

Pursuant to Decree 31/ND-CP, Dien Thanh Border Guard Station has decided to fine the vehicle owner 4,000,000 VND to the budget and confiscate 1 electric generator.
